3. Booking and Payment

Failure to make required payments may result in delays or cancellation of services.

4. Vehicle Preparation

Customers are responsible for preparing their vehicles for transport.

Before pickup, customers should:

  • Leave approximately one-quarter tank of fuel
  • Disable alarm systems
  • Document vehicle condition prior to transport

West Grand Auto Experts Transport is not responsible for personal items left inside the vehicle.

5. Pickup and Delivery

Pickup and delivery dates are estimated and are not guaranteed.

Factors beyond our control may impact scheduling, including:

  • Weather conditions
  • Traffic delays
  • Road closures
  • Mechanical issues
  • Carrier availability
  • Government restrictions

While we strive to meet estimated timelines, delays may occur.

6. Inspection and Damage Claims

A vehicle inspection will typically be completed at pickup and delivery.

Customers should carefully inspect their vehicle upon delivery and note any visible damage on the Bill of Lading before signing.

Any claims for transportation-related damage must be reported directly to the carrier according to the carrier’s claims process and deadlines.

West Grand Auto Experts Transport acts as a transportation coordinator and is not responsible for damages caused by carriers during transport.

7. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel transportation services before carrier assignment.

Cancellation fees may apply if:

  • A carrier has already been assigned
  • The vehicle has been scheduled for pickup
  • Services have already commenced

Any applicable fees will be disclosed during the booking process.

8. Limitation of Liability

West Grand Auto Experts Transport shall not be liable for:

  • Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control
  • Mechanical failures during transport
  • Acts of nature or severe weather
  • Personal items left inside vehicles
  • Losses resulting from inaccurate information provided by customers
